Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs, een eigen bus of verhuislift en een smartphone nodig. Verder zorgen wij voor alles wat je nodig hebt om ritten aan te nemen en uit te voeren.

Hoe werkt het aanmelden als chauffeur?

Registreren is eenvoudig. Je vult je gegevens in via onze app, uploadt de benodigde documenten en koppelt je bankrekening veilig via Stripe. Zodra je profiel is goedgekeurd, kun je direct ritten aannemen in jouw regio.

Wanneer word ik uitbetaald?

Alle chauffeurs worden iedere week (vrijdag) automatisch uitbetaald op hun eigen gekoppelde bankrekening.

Moet ik een KvK-inschrijving hebben om te rijden via VanX?

Dat hangt af van hoe je rijdt. Rijd je als zzp’er via VanX, dan is een KvK-inschrijving verplicht. Tijdens je registratieproces wordt dit duidelijk aangegeven en gecontroleerd. Als zelfstandige ben je daarnaast zelf verantwoordelijk voor je inkomsten, belastingaangifte en eventuele verzekeringen. Rijd je voor een bij VanX aangesloten transport- of verhuisbedrijf, dan heb je geen eigen KvK-inschrijving nodig. Particulieren kunnen niet als chauffeur via VanX rijden.

Wat als een klant niet op tijd klaarstaat of annuleert?

Annuleren gaat volgens onze annuleringsvoorwaarden (artikel 7 van de algemene voorwaarden). Een vooraf geplande verhuislift kan tot uiterlijk 1 uur voor aanvang kosteloos worden geannuleerd. Bij een directe rit is annuleren na acceptatie niet kosteloos en kan tot 100% van het afgesproken tarief in rekening worden gebracht. Staat de klant niet klaar of is de klant niet aanwezig, dan geldt dat als no-show en blijft het volledige bedrag verschuldigd. Zo blijft het eerlijk voor iedereen en weet je altijd waar je aan toe bent.

What do I need to get started?

You need a valid driving licence, your own van or furniture lift and a smartphone. We take care of everything else you need to accept and complete rides.

How do I sign up as a driver?

Signing up is easy. You enter your details in our app, upload the required documents and securely link your bank account via Stripe. As soon as your profile is approved, you can start accepting rides in your region right away.

When do I get paid?

All drivers are automatically paid every week (Friday) into their own linked bank account.

Do I need a KvK (Chamber of Commerce) registration to drive with VanX?

That depends on how you drive. If you drive with VanX as a freelancer, a KvK (Chamber of Commerce) registration is required. This is clearly indicated and checked during your registration process. As a self-employed professional you are also responsible for your own income, tax return and any insurance. If you drive for a transport or moving company affiliated with VanX, you don’t need your own KvK registration. Private individuals cannot drive as a driver via VanX.

What if a customer isn’t ready on time or cancels?

Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy (article 7 of the terms and conditions). A furniture lift scheduled in advance can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 hour before the start. For an instant ride, cancelling after acceptance is not free of charge and up to 100% of the agreed rate may be charged. If the customer isn’t ready or isn’t present, this counts as a no-show and the full amount remains payable. That keeps it fair for everyone and you always know where you stand.
